"Great front desk- friendly and helpful. Dated like so many other Midwest hotel options. Clean but could use some new towels. Apparently they have a nice gym/ workout facility however it was closed for maintenance while we were there. I'd stay again over any other hotel in this town"

"Our stay with the Hyatt was very pleasant. We had no issues concerning the overall stay. The only problem I had was the ideal of different staff members would charge different prices for merchandise. Some gave them away, some charged 3 for a $1 and then another guy charged the kids $6 for six blow ..."
