The property needs a total makeover!

There was a rat in the parking lot near the front entrance when we arrived, and the front doors were inoperative, and had signs directing use of side doors, carpeting in the hallways was stained and dirty looking, cracked and mildewed tile in the bathroom, I cancelled my stay for Saturday night 10-19-24, but was charged because it was not done before 11:00 am, I stayed that night a the Marriott Residence Inn-OSU, I was extremely disappointed with the Red Roof Inn, I have stayed in Red Roof inns in the past and never had a problem, I am surprised the company allows this franchise to use their name.

I went and checked in and as soon as we walked in the building there was an overwhelming smell of weed smell. Upon arriving in our room there were stains all over the bed as well as the curtains and the wall. When I went to use the restroom the toilet paper holder fell out of the wall. Do not recommend to anyone.
