There were bugs all over the ceiling. We will never stay there again. The picture of the room did not match what room we were placed in. The front desk lady had her belly out when we checked in and the WiFi didn’t work and when calling down to the office they simply said they didn’t know. There were bugs outside of the room down the hall and all over the ac unit. The shower head leaked and the overall experience was terrible and unacceptable.

It was nice to have close parking, however, it was confusing to get to our room from the lobby. Signs weren't clear and there was a wedding going on which was weird to be walking through that area to get to our room. Pool water smelled gross.
