This property is NOT for migraine sufferers! They infused an air freshener into the air conditioning unit in the room that triggered a migraine. The smell made it a miserable experience.

Staff was very polite and welcoming. Room cleanliness could improve but you get what you pay for. (Shower was stained, headboard was dusty, ac vents were dusty, not very well vacuumed). Not a big deal, i just wiped everything down with lysol wipes as best as possible. Location - a couple of blocks away from several restaurants/shopping plazas and quick access to highway.

Your evening front desk staff were great. The smell of wet mold in our room was obnoxious. The floors were so dirty our feet would become black within minutes after a shower. Couldn’t get Anyone to clean our room despite repeated requests. Oh and the cockroaches, these were a lovely addition to our room. Incredibly disappointed in this hotel. I’ve stayed at your other locations with good experiences. This place is disgusting.

As a female, one of greatest priority I expect from a hotel is security. Not only was the room in disrepair, but as it turned out, the door lock did not work either. After getting into bed we (3 senior females) heard someone trying to enter our room. The guest across the hall had come to the wrong door. But his key opened our door with one tap! Fortunately, we had engaged the U-shaped door guard. Otherwise he would have walked in on us. The hotel's solution was to simply reset our key. I had to ask that they recheck the key of the guest across the hall. And good thing I did, because his key STILL opened our door. Also, the deadbolt on the door did not work. The hotel agreed to move us to another room, which was good because the mold in the caulk around the tub was disgusting. They offered to discount the room, but when we checked out the next morning, we were told there was no mention of the incident in the log. The "log", by the way, is a hand written composition notebook. I asked to speak to the manager but none was available. I asked to be called by the manager but was told I would have to call back and "catch her" in the hotel. I called 3 times and never reached the manager. I left my number and never received a call back. Not only would I never stay in this hotel again, I will think long and hard before staying in another La Quinta/Wyndham product.

The shower head in the bathroom did not work properly and the water barely came out. After a long hot day I had to take a freezing sponge bath. The pillows were flat and the feather pillows were hard. The area going out to the pool there were double doors and what looked to be an ice machine against the wall and more doors that went out to the pool, that room you went through smelled to high heaven like dirty diapers or something of the nature. One of the elevators was out of order. It was tucked away on a side road and was kind of dark. But on a positive note the staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent.
