I never got the chance to book my room, due to the front desk not allowing me to go through with my reservation due to other guests overstaying and paying the day i made my reservations!!! And i was also charged $22 that day of my reservation and never got it cancelled nor my money back and tbats all i want is my refund i never stayed at this hotel but was still charged after getting the little hotel insurance that was optional during my reservation online!!

The property was under construction. My door didn't close all the time, smelled like an ashtray.

I can’t comment on the property except for what I saw the first 10 minutes I was there. Front office was closed and locked with current hours posted but not a sole in sight. I asked 2 different individuals that walked in about the check in process but they didn’t work there. Finally the front office staff open a laundry room door while continuing to talk to a possible employee and then finished her convo prior to acknowledging me. She unlocked the office doors and then told me I couldn’t check in until the reservation prior to me cancels or no-shows. I have an itinerary/confirmation # from earlier that morning. I wasn’t given any options to switch to another location, no real timeframe could be given on the wait time either. I had my ESA with me so sitting in the car for hours was not an option. I took my business elsewhere.
