"It was amazing and the staff were extraordinary. My elderly disabled mother decided to stay at the hotel one day of our trip and she could not get her dog out. She asked the front desk and they took him out and checked on her. Will stay here every time i find myself in Columbus."

"We were in a suite that was supposed to have handicap accommodations which was NOT the case.There was only one hand bar in shower, the anti-slip strips on the bottom of the tub were so worn there was no traction and very unsafe. The toilet was not raised and VERY LOW with no handrail which did not provide the assistance one expects of " Handicap Accommodations"!"

"The staff was great to us upon arriving, we reached early morning around 4am coming from Florida and the young lady who was at the front desk checked us in fast. When we needed extra towels front desk was polite, staff in general were nice and made us comfortable. Place was clean and affordable for the 2 nights we needed. "
