Absolutely loved this hotel. It is adorable. The room and staff were fantastic. The only issue I had was the hot tub had so much chlorine in it, it turned my brand new swim suit from navy to gray and the white part brown.

Wonderful property, top-notch staff that was very friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love that the hotel has a dog named Trip!!! He’s such a sweet dog that welcomes everyone and loves to be petted! Best place to stay in Columbus

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! The staff is very kind, accommodating, and welcoming! I absolutely loved the dog that they have at The hotel Trip!!!❤️❤️ Definitely the only place I will stay when I visit Columbus. Your staff again is top-notch with kindness, friendliness, and making you feel welcome. Excellent job.

I am 4'11 and the beds were too tall. I had to step on the upholstered chair to get on the bed. Not good.
I enjoyed my stay except for the above problem.
