The cover to our air conditioner fell off multiple times, you could hear everything the people around you were doing. The shower was not clean and had terrible pressure. It was either all the way hot or all the way cold.

It was an absolute dump! No staff at counter, called and was told they’d be out shortly, 30 minutes later a man in dirty sweatpants and a dirty shirt came out to check us in. The area was unsafe for me and my young daughter. People out from smoking marijuana and cigarettes right by entrance, entire building inside and out reaked of weed and smoke. Entire place was filthy and disgusting. Finally got to the room, walked in to find dirty floors, dead bugs everywhere, filthy blankets on bed, bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months! Worst experience ever!! Left keys on counter and walked out! Absolutely horrible experience! I highly recommend you take this hotel off your site! I am still trying to get my money back! I am traumatized over this! 10pm at night my young child and I were driving around Columbus trying to find a safe and clean hotel to sleep in! Awful, terrible, horrible experience!!

I called earlier in the day to say I'd be arriving late and was told that this would not a problem - just call the number on the phone in the lobby. Arrived at 10:37 PM and was told they did not have my reservation. Called Expedia through whom I had made the reservation and everything was fine on their end. Hometown screwed up and didn't even TRY to see if they had another room availble that night.

Horrible place to stay for 0 amount of money The Super 8 Next door is MUCH better. Stay away.

Had roaches in the room, but bedsheets weren’t clean. bunch of dope heads out by the property

There was a stranger walking out of my room when i was walking in. Also there was another person going around tonsee if their jey opened other door because apparently it works sometimes.
