This place declined over the years. The cleanliness of the place is just not the same. We contacted the desk to have them clean our room as we left early and cleaning services were up to 8 pm. Nobody came to our room to clean or even refresh our rooms with supplies. This hotel needs help. Unfortunately, there s not a ton of choices in the area but would I come back here, most likely not.

We always love staying at the Embassy Suites! The staff is delightful, breakfast on point, and the water pressure in the shower is a dream!

I can’t even say enough good things about this place. If I could give it 6 stars I would. Everything was a 10/10. I couldn’t see myself staying anywhere else from now on when I come to Columbus. The happy hour was unreal the breakfast was unreal. The rooms were unreal. Maybe my favorite hotel ever.

I was pleasantly impressed with this Embassy Suites hotel. The staff was great. The made to order breakfast was wonderful. They also had a nice bar , and the bartender was cordial.
Our room was quiet. No rattling furnace at night.
The maid also was friendly and cordial.
This hotel is an older hotel but some nice updates. They’re doing so much right. We’ll definitely stay there again when we return to Dublin Oh. Also this hotel has a complimentary Happy Hour .
