Outdated. Floor and tub dirty. Wiped the floor up from shower water with towel, and the whole towel was dirty. Need to mop floor after each stay. Disgusting. Do better.

There was a half bottle of shampoo in the bathroom There was something spilled in the floor that was not cleaned up. There was no coffee, actually there was nothing for morning as advertised. Overall, I would never stay there again. I travel often and this is actually the first time I felt live giving a negative review.

Econo Lodge Worthington, Columbus, OH

Hotels.com gave me the best rate. This is a no fuss stay, with simple toiletries (bar of soap and a small container of shampoo), easy access to the highway, and close to downtown Worthington. The toilet was loud and whiny when flushed. The pamphlet in the room stated that breakfast was included, but it wasn’t. Coffee wasn’t even available, but there’s a Starbucks and local coffee shoppes nearby.

The only good thing I can say is the room was clean. The woman at the front desk acted as though my being there was an inconvenience. She lied about not having wi-fi. I am 82 years old with arthritis and foot issues and don't do steps well. I was assigned to the second floor. I asked her if it were possible to get a downstairs room,but she said no. I know there were vacancies because there were never more than 6 cars parked on the parking lot. There was only a cracked plastic container for ice with no insulation. The only ice was available outside the office on the first floor. I never took my bags to my room. I just carried what I needed for the night and limited my trip up and down steps to 5 times. I did not bother to get ice. The next morning, I came down to get coffee. There was coffee or continental breakfast advertised on the website with the service hours. She told me they had stopped serving breakfast a long time ago and the coffee pot was broken. I told her you need to remove all this information from your website because it is false advertising. She said she could not do anything about it, she had reported it. I would never stay at this motel again.
