did not have any toilet paper soap, body wash shampoo anything in the shower. told the staff about it and they didn’t do anything until I complained again that there was no amenities in the room

Issue with plumbing in sink. Hot water facet cross connected, no carpet on living area floor and floor was dirty.
Will not use this hotel in the future.

We have visited this Double Tree a few times now and I have no complaints! I love this brand from the super comfortable bedding to the upscale soaps and shampoo!
