There was no one at check in when we arrived in the evening. Room smelled like a wet dog and could have been more clean.

The rooms weren't very clean and there were holes in the comforter. The picture frames and paint were peeling and looked like nothing had been maintained for a long time. The elevator was noisy and didn't always work so we took the stairs on a few occasions. The pool was ice cold the entire time we were there. Not once did I see a staff member at the front desk during our stay and when we had to call with questions, the communication was difficult and we had to call numerous times just to get someone to answer the phones. Terrible service and experience and would not recommend.
