Room was decent but staff was pretty much dense. House cleaning failed to clean room on first day. When I asked for extra towels house keeping brought me garbage bags; one was full of towels (about 8) and the other was fully of face cloths (around 12 to14). Restaurant is horrible and breakfast buffet was as equally bad. A situation at home came up and I had to leave early…the hotel played into that decision. I am a platinum member and received or offered any upgrade of any kind as well…worst Marriott I have ever stayed at.

Very convenient if you have a event at the trade center, which I did. On-site restaurant and parking are overpriced.

Room was terrible No body lotion in room Shower floor was dirty No cold water in the room to greet guests Fridge didn’t work properly We will never stay at that property again It’s obvious that the Marriotts hotel are going down the wrong Way

Location was good. Some staff were very new and not sure at check in.

The rules were extremely small and the pads were hard. I had difficulty even trying to go to sleep the bathroom, terrible I can’t believe they were called this luxury hotel.
