The staff was great .. my room was facing an electrical wall there was no view I wish I had a better option. There was a weird smell in the hallway of the first floor. The valet staff was NOT helpful at all, I live out of state and asked where a street was which was around the corner because I needed a Uber pick up and no one knew where it was which was odd.

The staff was friendly and efficient. Having an included breakfast would have been nice. There were restaurants to walk to, but the overall menus were pricey.

Very Nice Hotel...Short on Coffee.

The hotel is pretty new so everything was in great shape. The decor was very well done in the rooms. The rooftop bar was also a nice place to hang out. We had a mixup when we checked in and ended up walkingninto someone else's room. THANKFULLY, they weren't in the room at the time! Once the issue was corrected we didnt have any more issues with the service. It would have been nice to have been given a breakfast voucher or something for their mistake, but it wasn't the end of the world. The location was within walking distance of North Market, and we loved going there. Plenty of other restaurants are nearby as well. My one gripe: There's nowhere in the hotel to get a regular cup of coffee, and IMO, the Nespresso maker in the room is worthless. For the price of the room, please give me a real cup of coffee!

I thought it was insane to have to pay for parking at all, let alone a separate parking garage not even attached and quite a walk when you have heavy bags. The air is set to the lowest point of 68 and cannot be changed so most of my nights sleep was spent drenched in sweat, no fans in the room, and the automatic lights need adjusted. It’s frustrating to have to keep opening the shower door every couple of minutes to keep the light on WHILE showering. The air was the biggest frustration though so despite how “nice & modern looking”, I won’t be back
