Hotel was very close to Fort Moore. Room was clean and comfortable.

I wish there had been a continental breakfast. The food was very expensive to purchase. I paid almost $8 for a bowl of cereal and milk. I also didn’t realize my room wouldn’t be cleaned every day, while I was there so I didn’t get clean towels. Other than that, the staff was wonderful and very accommodating. I loved everyone I came into contact with. Great place to stay!!

As we entered the building the lady at the front desk was talking to a vendor she did not even make eye contact or acknowledge we were standing there . Very unprofessional and loud . She hands us our keys and did not even welcome us nor did she tell us what direction to go for the elevator. We walked up and down the hall and came back up that’s when she finally decided to tell us where to go .
The rooms are not clean . We requested a rollaway at 5 pm did not get the bed until 9pm. As I was getting ready to shower .. I saw a cockroach running behind the toilet .. my husband found 3 on the counter by the kitchen sink . He than goes to the front desk to show them the cockroaches as he was walking back he saw another one crawling in the lobby !!! To top this all off the front desk charges us 3 times for our rooms !! This is one of the worse stays. We were traveling here for our son’s graduation from the army . Super disappointing as we traveled 2,700 miles . Luckily, my husband was able to find a hotel called “ Holiday Inn “ about 20 minutes from this hotel .. we were greeted and the hotel was super clean included with a free breakfast!!

Seriously understaffed. I'm not even sure our sheets were clean and everything was dirty. I would not recommend this.
