The manager was a professional who went extra miles ditch our room from one bed to two beds. I made a mistake upon booking. PEM gave us a Stella Service and welcomed us genuinely. PEM’s hospitality made our stay smooth and comfortable! PEM deserves a promotion and a recognition. He is an educated and a professional man. Thank you, sir! Room was freezing due to the crack in the window, “heat” didn’t work. Rust on everything metal.

Was a lot better than I expected after reading some of the reviews smelled good no bugs clean and friendly
