There was a roach climbing on the wall.

Dear Caleb,Thank you for choosing Baymont Inn by Wyndham. Our property is located in Country side and especially in middle of Greeneries. Our full property is getting pest control treatments twice a month on regular basis. After investigating with the Pest Control Team we don't have any roach issue at the property.We have 24 hours Automatic door which keeps opening for entry and exits whole day so might be possible about some insect must have come inside and stuck on the wall. But if you would have informed at front desk staff who are well trained in every aspects for the betterment of the property, and if it was in their reach they would have definitely taken and thrown it out. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent any future occurrences. Here at Baymont Inn & Suites, we continuously strive to meet your needs and expectations.We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future.

The room was good. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The breakfast left a lot to be desired but overall okay

Comfortable stay. A couple of nearby eating places. Did some birdwatching from the car park, a staff member recommended what to look for. Nice breakfast area
