"The property and the staff were very accommodating, especially the front desk. It was sad to see worn carpets throughout the common areas and lack of fresh paint. The railing into the guest pool was loose and a hazard for getting in and out of the pool. The guest room was lacking a fresh vacuum and wipe down on the credenza. The food quality was lacking especially receiving a burnt salmon in what was expected to be a first class dining room. I know that we will return for another visit in...

"I stay here often and as always it was a comfortable stay. Staff is helpful. There are some new 'rules' which I am not sure are corporate or only for this property ie parking charge. Out of all the places in Kelowna I fund this is one of the best."
