Facility looks beautiful from outside but not very up kept from inside. Went to put my kids to bed and I pull back the covers to find bloody dirty sheets. I went to the front desk and they acted like this was normal and gave me new sheets to put on the bed. I go to put on the sheets and the blood had soaked through the sheets to the mattress cover and onto bed. Plus there was a huge pee stain. Hotel did not offer a new room. Adjoining bed in room had food shoved in between mattress and head of bed. Found a whole biscuit and socks. The gym had no hand sanitizer or wipes to clean equipment. All in all very dirty facility.

I love this hotel and have stayed here for years. But our last stay was disappointing. The facilities have aged, cleaning is below standard. There is just a dingy dirty feel and smell to the hotel. Our room really needed a deep cleaning. Pillows smelled. No washclothes in the bathroom and only two hand towels (yes I could have requested more). Used the washer and dryer on the premises and the washer didn't spin our clothes. Staff was fantastic and the maintenance man (who was wonderful) dried our clothes for us in the big facility machines. But really Stoney Creek, do some upgrades, deep clean, new carpet, freshen the air!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
