The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked how close I was to restaurants and shopping

We have stayed here many times. Always a great place to stay all around. The sports bar was closed this time which was a bummer, but we still enjoyed our stay.

Property Room Bed Bathroom price were all very nice. Breakfast was sub-par. Eggs were taste free. Not sure how to improve? Cook 30 minutes worth several times a morning. Muffins weren’t great. No variety. Fresh fruit options. Didn’t see juice? Is that included? It would be nice if there were some ‘fire exits’ that could be exits/entry with key cards. Long way from lobby to end of hallway. Should have requested a closer room as wife has bad knee.

We checked in, got to our room and noticed there was a loud buzzing noise coming from the bathroom. Turned lights on and off, etc and noise wouldn’t stop. Went to front desk and they told us it was so late there wasn’t anyone to fix & only room they had left was a room with broken heater. We took it bc no heat is better than loud buzzing all night. Got to room & there was pee & toilet paper in toilet. Was so late at this point I just flushed it & hoped the rest of the room had actually been cleaned. Not a good experience at all.

Staff was very friendly. The real downer on this stay was the breakfast. Eggs were good but at 7:30am I’d expect that the sausage would be kept hot not lukewarm to cold. Seems someone forgot to turn the burners on. Hotel hallways were filthy and in need of a steam cleaning. Keurig machine in the hotel was located in an inoperable location. In order to use it. You had to slide it from the shelf under the tv and place it in the clothing drawer below it. Otherwise there was no way to fill the tank. The electric cord was too short to move it any further and was inaccessible to move to an alternate location. Very poor design. I made a video of it. Maybe post it on YouTube later.

This was a great property for our group. We had 3 rooms and staff put us next to one another. We were able to use the expansive common areas to get together. Beds and bedding were very comfortable and rooms are clean. Overall pleasantly surprised.
