I was surprised that my room didn’t have a USB charging port. I even double checked with the front desk in case I missed something. I had to charge my phone in my car. Overall, it is a nice hotel.

Ok hotel but you"ll be charged $50 deposit

OK hotel, but after 6 days I'm still waiting for a $50 deposit refund that I was charged for "possible incidental charges" that we did not have.

Very nice staff.

Two night stay. No hot water the first morning. Better the second morning. Various electrical outlets had no power going to them - even after pushing reset buttons. Safety lock on the door had a screw missing and every time the microwave was used to warm up water for tea, the provided cup had a burn mark. Very dangerous.

City shuttle goes to/from Mizzou games, which was very convenient for us considering the major snowstorm that hit. Staff was great. Place is clean. Rooms might be a little dated compared to Marriotts, but it was a great value for the price.

Came with my family for 2 nights it was relaxing clean and ac was cold! They even had a mini fridge to store our drinks and nice hot showers after long day. Comfy clean beds as well and I always check them definitely bug free. Will definitely stay here again!
