Stay was for my son and they said it was fine. Had an issue at check in... Think they got there late and I was told to call Expedia for a refund for one day...

overall everything was excellent, left the “do not disturb” sign on during the whole stay and it was respected. Booked through Expedia so the price was wasn’t exact when paying upfront and personally had to contact virtual agent to speak with to get the difference refunded, also $50 for deposit wasn’t mentioned before until the day of so it was a surprise but it all worked out!!

This property was nasty and full of mold! The staff were rude and refused to deal with a severe black mold issue in our room. When this issue was brought to the staffs attention we were told that there was no mold even though we had pictures! We were switched to another room that had a similar problem. At check out I asked to be refunded back a night stay but was told I needed to speak with my 3rd party booker. Staff still said that there was no mold. I have been met with nothing but attitude and disrespect from this particular property and it's sad when grown people will lie to try and prove a point when there is clear proof of the mold and filth. My 3rd party booker said I had to contact the hotel. At this point I want a full refund and I want to put this all behind me. Word of mouth goes a long way so here it is! I will not recommend this property even if it was for free!

Was definitely better than the last place I stayed in Columbia. Still for the cost of the room I thought it would have been a little nicer and ac wasn’t working properly. Note on the wall of the room.
