Check in didn't work right as their card machine was down. One room had only 1 pillow between the two beds, the other room had only two towels. The door randomly locked since the catch wasn't working right. All three clothes dryers were broken and there wasn't any laundry supplies at the front desk. The front desk lied about the batteries they had as another worker pulled them out right behind asking. The remote didn't work in one of the rooms and the TV didn't get any channels in the other. Door handles were mixed and matched for the stairwells and were falling off. Cockroaches were in the hallways. The air-conditioning did not work. Our key cards were deactivated 3 times during the 6 days there requiring reactivations due to them approving activation for limited numbers of days.

Our stay at Fairfield Inn was great. We traveled from Hawaii to South Carolina for my son’s basic training in army graduation. We were greeted very kindly and although there was no early check-in available, we felt OK waiting outside in our rental car. The staff was always friendly and although I don’t like being placed at the very end of a hitel especially while I have children with me for safy

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Gigi and the breakfast was amazing and so delicious. The night clerk Pierre was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.
