The main office was very hard to find. Hidden.behind bushes. Room numbers too small, had to walk up to room doors. Broken tv in room, no cable, no remote, no telephone service.,no alarm clock.Mattress on bed worn out, needs mto be replaced. Refrigerator noisy.

Flies and gnats in the room. Dirty carpet. Dog feces on the ground. Smells. Guy that checked me in and took my money was nice and friendly.

The location of the property wasn’t in a good place. The property rents lower cost for those who stay longer and the tenants smoke in front of their rooms, making the property stink. There wasn’t shower curtain in the bathroom. The towels weren’t washed but was folded up. The office closes early (9pm), probably they are short in staff. I accidentally booked this place as I was passing by, don’t make the same mistake.

Roaches everywhere and room was dirty. Bathtub and sink were clogged

It wasn’t close to anything. I have to drive 15-20 mins to get to a restaurant or anything

Terrible-filthy, dirty, washer under repair and so no spare towels, room floor dirty, room had ketch up spills, walls spoiled with dirt , sheets torn, blankets have holes, breakfast promised as per reservation but not provided as the new franchise removed it . Expedia however said they will reimburse the breakfast with receipts. Unable to sleep as noisy outside with swearing in and they have to call police. No safe drinking water, impolite counter staff-Anthony one example, request for room change and cleaning not attended. Overall the worst place in America we have ever lived.

They stole my stuff when I went out, claiming they'd trashed it. Laptop charger, perfume, towel, clothes etc. Staff were very rude especially the manager. I had to call the Police before I was compensated. I'd rather sleep under a bridge than spend another night there.
