The pull out couch could not fit two kids and they didn't offer me anything else when I talked to the front desk. Could not turn the heat off either.

Like the proximity to downtown and local restaurants. Check-in was excellent and I appreciate it the front desk personnel

The check in receptionist spoke her script so fast (with no one in line behind me) from habit so I had to get her to repeat herself on a few items. It came off as robotic, unwelcoming, and uncaring. There were ants in our room along with floor and furniture stains. The gym and breakfast were great.
