The desk clerk was not knowledgeable about local food options. They also could not provide a receipt.

Got there very tired so styed in the room. It smelled musty and felt damp. Found out later, after getting ready for bed the temperature control didn't work. The shower worked but not good pressure. I have thick hair so for me a problem.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff, just a little noisy road traffic from the freeway.

Not too pleased.

The place was okay and decorated nicely. Landscaping poor-plastic flowers. Pool has not been in service for a long time. We had been looking forward to using it as we had a rain day. Our family had children who had been looking forward to using it. We should have been compensated for the inconvenience. Some of the children were directed to a neighboring facility where $10.00/child had to be paid. Our TV malfunctioned and another one in the group were up until 3AM while they tried to fix the air conditioning. They. Should compensate and let others know about the lack of the pool and they should fix other things like ice machines.
