Very clean,very quiet despite the area around it. Lots of good food close. Loved the picnic table. Will be back.

The owner was very nice and easy to work with. Our room was very clean, comfortable and we would definitely stay there again when in the area.

Friendliest staff. Room was very clean. Outdated, but clean. Fountain as a whole is trashy place. But Ute made my short stay very accommodating.
