One of the staff members was very rude to my husband during a fire alarm incident. He did not handle the emergency in a professional manner and was very disruspectful.

Excellent! We enjoyed our 5 nights. Laundry is complimentary which is an added plus for a family of 6 with small children.

Lobby was absolutely spotless. Food was nearby. Parking was easy. Staff were friendly but also efficient. Could use blankets in the room for the sofa bed, but that was my only complaint and it was easily resolved.

Couldn’t sleep good to much barking and the stove from the room didn’t heat up really good.
