I thought the place could use an updated sofa. Everything else was great. Customer service 10!

This is an older property but the rates are very reasonable. You get a lot for your money at this hotel. Small breakfast in the morning was nice. Nice big seating area by lobby is very nice as well. I needed a late check out as I had a flight to catch in the afternoon and the front desk personnel working the early morning shift took care of us which was great.

They cancel my reservation same day ,I make my reservation with out notice. I arrive to the property i don't have a room to stay bout my credit card have a charge for.1,053.68

The reservation was made for the 29th of August. The guest did not show up on the 29th. Therefore the reservation was cancelled due to a no-show. There was no communication about the reservation until the next day on the 30th when the guest showed up. The guest was told the reservation was canceled on the 30th because it was for the previous day when she was at the front desk on the 30th.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The area is great, close to dining, shopping and also the highway if needed; however, it is very quiet. The suites are spacious, very clean, they have a small kitchen, dining and sitting area. They also provide a large desk to work with a fast internet. I would definitely stay at this hotel the next time I'm in Colorado Springs.

My family and I had a great stay, service was great. The place was clean, the pool was great.

The hotel was amazing besides a group of men trying to get free upgrades even though the rooms they wanted was full and they just wouldn’t leave the staff alone about it
