The room when we got there was very smelly. It smelled like cat pee. The bed sheets were not clean they had burn holes from cigarettes (this was a non smoking room) and a very long black hair between the sheets. Gross! We were in a rush to get to a wedding and as we were leaving the guy that was working there started yelling at us for turning out of the driveway. Even though he saw us check in he thought we were making a u-turn.
Also trying to get a hold of anyone about the bed and the sheets was a joke. No one answered. TV doesn’t work and it took over 10 minutes to get hot water.
Go somewhere else.

I liked the balcony creekside. But our room reaked of cigarettes.

Older quaint motel. Too pricey for what it's. Good place to lay our heads for the night..Nothing for breakfast except coffee and tea.

Great location, but for the money not really worth it. No hot water sheets had burn holes smelled like smoke and very out dated. There are better options around.

Great little place, in a nice location, and just a few minutes drive from downtown Manitou Springs, and relatively inexpensive. Nice room. Happy all round.

My husband and I have been here a few times. The motel is older & outdated BUT we stay because of the little creek behind the motel. It is in an area where there are some questionable people,?Although you are relatively safe it is a concern for most people. The Owners are nice people.
