Place could be renovated but overall nice. Good privacy and very flexible with rebooking.

The girl in the afternoon was absolutely the most rude person ive ever met. She litwrally made every single day there horrible. Arguing like a child yelling ovwr the top of people making people uncomfertable and like they were very not welcome there. She was the worst customer service ive sen working a hotel in well..... ever. I would not reccomened ever going here actually im planning on taking this to the top it was so horrible so afternoon worker good job lady.

We are sorry that you were not happy with our ID policy at th hotel. You and your boyfriend were never yelled at. The front desk was as helpful as we could be with you not having a CC on hand and him not having an ID but there are rules we have to follow here. Now we understand you are were uyp set and yelling at the staff due to your boyfriend having to leave but there was nothing more we could do

Desk staff was condescending, not accommodating or hospitable in any way. Room had roaches.
