The place is dated and was a little dingy. The staff, however, were so very sweet and welcoming and made our short stay.

Walls in room has coffee stains, we checked in late and need rest right away so didn’t border to change room. Hot tub didn’t work properly, we got freezing cold and let the front desk lady know, she just gave us a look and didn’t say a word.

We would not stay here again. The front desk clerk, Declan, was so unbelievably rude to us and our friends who also stayed at the hotel. Our rooms both had a gross smell, the floors were sticky, and there was toothpaste or lotion across the mirror. The hot tub was luke warm. Also, the breakfast opens at 7 every day, even though it lists that it opens early on weekends. This was a main reason that we stayed there since we needed to be out of the hotel by 7 am every day. So disappointing. There are many other hotel options very close by, we will be choosing one of them next time.

Heather,Thank you kindly for your review and feedback. We are disappointed that you had such a bad experience with us. Our breakfast hours are as follows: Monday-Friday 6:30am to 9:30am and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am to 10:00am, so we don't open at 7 everyday.
