Our 2 night stay was excellent! The property was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful, our room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Easy walk to several dining options.

Our room was so smelly & dusty. We had to switch rooms. 2nd was better & we were upgraded to bigger room. But still a unkept hotel .

The Hampton Inn property was an excellent choice that we made and we will stay there again at some point. We booked this hotel as it was super close to the Broadmoor Arena where we had tickets to a concert. It was awesome just to be able to walk to the venue!!! The hotel was very nice and the staff awesome!

Tv remote did not work even with new batteries. The air conditioner needs to be a lot cooler.

Got charged for a suite and didn’t get the right room. So they made 80 extra dollars on me for two nights. They wouldn’t fix it or reimburse the extra I was charged. Vehicle windows were broke out because of lack of lighting and cameras. Lots of valuables stolen out of my vehicle during the night. Not a safe place to stay.
