I was lied to by the front desk staff ,when I first called they told me there would only be a25 pet deposit then I got there and it turned into another story 35 dollars per night ,Way to hot and noisy in the room to would not recommend this hotel

Hello,Thank you for your feedback. Our Pet fee's are clearly marked on every website and our team members are also very familiar with the 35 fee. I do apologize if there was any misunderstanding. Due to the cold weather, we do take the liberty to have the rooms set to 70 degrees, so that our guest are comfortable when arriving.Again, we do apologize that we did not live up to your expectations.
