This is a very special hotel. It is small and intimate with a very welcoming staff. Immediately upon entrance I knew I had made a great decision. The laid back ambiance, the earth tones, the balcony, the thoughtful but unique physical layout and even the other guests all combined to make Posada Boutique Las Terrazas a very special place.

A lovely house, attractive rooms and a small outdoor pool that would be good in hot weather. Excellent breakfast, really helpful staff. Cold drinks always available plus tea and coffee early mornjng. Walking distance from ferry and bus terminals

Great boutique hotel, clean and easy to walm around town, shower pressure was great, living room with tv/couch and free homemade alcohol liquor to try and mingle with other guests. Nothing to complain about.

It's a very small hotel, the bed was small (not a king size). At check in which was around 8:30 pm we asked for late check out and say there was availability but for an extra charge. We said we were arriving late and since they have availability they can let us stay for free. The lady said it was not her fault we were arriving late. The next morning there was another lady and was very nice and let us stay until 1.
I don't know what is with hotel lately, they want to charge extra for early check in and also charge for late check out, but they never give you money back when you arrive late or leave early.

Estimated Jesus, we regret that the only comment is due to difficulties for you and you have not enjoyed your stay in Colonia and in our inn. The marriage beds are measure Queen (2.0 x 1.60) such as published, and with respect to the checkout schedule it is established in the 11 hours for the staff to arrive on time with the room ready for checking hours at 3 pm, I think it was Unnecessary you treat the receptionist badly to indicate the usual in these cases.
