"There are two things that disappointed me about this hotel. First the lack of cleaning and maintenance in general. Dirty windows and loose taps. Second, they told us that we could use the services and then they charged us an extra 20 dollars that they never notified in advance. I wouldn't go back."

"The common areas were fine. The outdoor pool was dirty. The small indoor pool was a nice experience. The hotel provided 2 pool towels in our room which were that old and soiled that I wouldn't have let my dog sleep on them Our double room was very small, no storage, it smelt very foisty and dirty, the toilet did not flush properly and the flushing mechanism kept falling off the wall, the shower head was broken and did not work correctly, the shower curtain was in poor condition.
