"The Eloisa is a perfect location for me. It's in the RZ and half a block from the beach. With the park below, there is very little traffic on the street. It's simple but clean. Always hot water for showers and coffee in the lobby in the morning. Wifi is iffy but they do say that. The day staff (Dora) is always friendly. The night staff could be a little more so. "

"I loved the view from being up the mountain side. The room was large and nicely decorated. The only things I can say I was not happy with was that the pictures for our room actually showed the upstairs common area pictures making it confusing. I thought we actually had a full view of the ocean from the pictures that did not specify that certain pictures WERE NOT our room pictures. Other than that, it was beautiful! "We enjoyed our stay here. The place looks like traditional Mexico. The view was amazing! The air blowing through the open windows was refreshing and it always felt great no matter what the temp outside. "We absolutely loved it here! It’s even better than the pictures. We had a beautiful ocean view, it was spotless, check in was perfectly communicated and very easy. We rented a golf cart to get around and they had a little spot for us to park. But everything is very walkable too so you don’t really need one. "

"This is good property with walking distance to beach. However, It is not ideal for people with disabilities as you have to take a few steps to the first floor and then walk down a street that is relatively steep. They were great with communication.
