Worst service I never had this experience before any other hotel I book one room they give one and receptionist behave like very rude and I went shopping then I come back receipt said time over but I have time until 15 hrs left then we fight finally he gave one small room .I thought he give my room to any other people I pay 12000 LKR but service like a zero very worst and rude receptionist

Nice place for affordable price

Hotel provides great value dor money...staff is very friendly, they allow us to stay till 5 pm after checkout..😀😀

Convenient location, bad check in

Check in at this hotel is a mess as they use print outs from every website from Hotels.com to expedia and search manually one by one until they find your reservation. When we arrived despite booking it 2 days in advanced they did not have our reservation on file. Then once they found it/printed off the voucher they informed us there was no free breakfast. I showed the hotel our reservation details from hotels.com and they continued to refuse to include breakfast and tried to tell us we needed to contact hotels.com for a refund. After elevating it to mgmt it was resolved, but nevertheless not customer friendly or customer focused.
