I liked the location of the property, easily accessible within Colombo, the rooms were nicely decoratored & furnished. The hotel felt safe. The room service was excellent. The breakfast buffet had great options. The lunch buffet was good too. The staff were very polite & helpful. The only negative would be cleanliness. We stayed for 11 nights & it didn't feel like the rooms were vacuumed regularly, nor given a thorough clean during our stay. The corridors didn't look like they were vacuumed regularly, either.

I had a wonderful stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially the front office staff.

Rooms are smelly. As per the staff non smoking but some dmell all day
