The staff that worked the front desk on the night of our arrival and the following day @0700 through when we left at 2330 provided exceptional service. They went above and beyond our expectations and we so appreciated it.
Wish there were more urban lofts in other locations

The hotel itself was lovely: modern, clean, with friendly, helpful staff. We had to request an accessible room at short notice and that was particularly good. Parking is limited though, and while its location is really convenient for the old town, it’s in a somewhat undesirable neighbourhood. But the price does reflect this.
