The elevator was broken since we arrived and it was not fixed till we checked out. Staff didn't make any effort to be helpful regarding this. On day of check out cleaning staff repeatedly knocked on our door even though it was not check out time yet.

The staff were so helpful and spoken better English than us! There was delicious wine in the hotel bar which was lovely to sit in. The only downside was the few hours the lift stopped working for! If we return to Köln, we would definitely stay here!

Good hotel in overall. With € 25 for breakfast it’s one of the priciest ones ever seen. Small but good room , missing small fridge and kettle though.
