Check-in was terrible; the man at the desk seemed agitated and angry, which made just matters worse. It is so important to have a helpful and polite receptionist at a hotel because this person will largely determine how people feel about their experience.

Great location and room very comfortable, however in my opinion the breakfast is a little overpriced and the hot water in the bathroom is only warm.
