Booked extra large dome suite for 4 nights, paid for on Expedia.
Issues: Completed online booking process, including entering passport details which is too intrusive. Despite this, check in still took far longer than normal. Was told I only needed to pay city taxes. Unauthorised charge for full stay (700 ) taken from original credit card, despite already paying through Expedia. Told I need to wait 2 weeks to get this back.
As others have said, no info provided on check in. Email sent on day 2 providing wifi password, & One Key activation.
Strong smell of ciggarette smoke pumped continuously into the bathroom which filled the room. Extremely unpleasant.
Of note: The room is very dusty, there are lots of shiny services and dust comes in through the windows so I can see why the cleaners don't bother.
Clean bedding & sinks, although hair found in bath plug hole. Damp patch on sofa and damp hand towel found on checking in. Only one large towel provided.
The bath has a low shower attachment so no standing shower. Minimal facilities provided, empty fridge, no soap in toilet, no tea making facilities. Dark room with broken wardrobe light so no way of seeing in the wardrobe or safe at night.
Comfy bed, although 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets may not suit some.
The room may be sound proofed but windows are not, located on main road near fire station.
Pros: Receptionists polite and keen to rectify what issues they can, providing towels and pillows on request.
