Property location was great walkable from everything. Staff was friendly. My only issue is they had bedbugs!

Disappointing that you have to pay €18.50 for using the gym/pool. Also the tablet in the room didn’t connect to the internet

Overall, Dorint hotel is good value for money. Only negative thing for us is that the breakfast at 32 euros is very expensive.

Stayed here on numerous occasions.
All of the staff are professional and very welcoming.
Transport immediately outside hotel.
Cologne city centre within a fifteen minute walk.
Great choice for food & drink.

The Dorint Hotel and my room at Heumarkt is more beautiful in person than I expected. I enjoyed the views of the DOM from the elevator. The hotel is in a safe location and is nearby the DOM and lots of restaurants and activities. Everything about the hotel is excellent. It was a very good visit.

Such a great hotel. Staff were friendly, super clean and very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.
