It felt expensive, didn't get a whole lot for my money. Breakfast was incredibly expensive. It should be included in the room rate. Parking was a scam rate.
It a best Western, it's ok. I simply don't think it was good deal, seemed like it only catered to corporate ppl

Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was nice. Would stay here again.

I was not able to use the express check in for.some reason it wouod not let me. I stood at the reception desk to ask for help and the man on reception completely ignored me whilst on a phone call for a good 20 mins. He did not indicate he would be woth me shortly, or ask someone else to see me, just didnt look at me. It was very rude and unprofessional.

Lovely stay, bit of walk from the centre but that’s perfect me. Very grateful for the early check in. Only query why housekeeping comes so early in the day, 10am.

It was a very good stay, the hotel arranged a linked room for my family so we can access it easily. clearn, convenience, and very friendly staff.
