Short city break for two
Posted 14 Dec 2023 on HotelsVery large and comfortable room with good clean facilities. There was no coffe maker or kettle though which seemed a bit odd for a 4-star hotel. Nevertheless, the locarion was great with just a short walk into the city centre and next to a S-bahn station, just one stop from the main railway station.

Not Good Value for Money
Posted 18 Sep 2023 on HotelsBooked two Superior Double Room for six nights, one of the room was not supplied with kettle, tea and coffee. Asked the reception, they said they have upgraded us for one of the rooms which provided kettle, tea and coffee. So the result was I paid that much money for Superior Double room with no kettle provision. For the TV, most of the channels did not have signal and cannot be watched.
On the third day, the housekeeper did not top up coffee and tea, went down to ask the reception and they said they will get us some in a minutes. I waited all night and it did not happen. I was not impressed with this hotel.
There is no lobby next the reception area, only a reception desk. To me, it does not look like a 4 star hotel.

Nice place to stay
