The place felt very dated and smelled of damp mildew. The room was clean for the most part but the carpet felt dirty and old.

Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsGreat hotel with great staff. Highly recommended. Place is quite far from where the casinos are but they have a free shuttle. Restaurant serves great food too.

Relaxing family stay
Posted 16 Aug 2024 on HotelsGreat stay. Our kids absolutely loved it. Playroom was perfect for both our baby and 4-year old. Daily craft activities were also lovely for the older one. We found the restaurant food to be good and the pool was a perfect size and not too busy. It was great to have all the facilities on site.

Hotel is located in a secluded area and very remote from the city center. We had to take taxi or hotel shuttle to get to the action. Also, hotel is very dated and old. TV did not work (had no signals) for more than a day. If you like having your own balcony to an ocean view, then consider this hotel. Otherwise I would recommend staying at one of the newer and more modern hotel on the Cotai strip due to the dated facility and remote location.
