Poor upkeep of rooms and stairwells. Toilet and tub dirty. Gross in general.

Bed was clean, no roaches but noisy at night and dirty around common areas. Elevator smell terrible!

It's football game season so apologies for the rowdy neighbors returning from the game. A&M won so everyone was in a good mood and kinda loud at times. Thanks for the feedback

Room was clean, bathroom was updated. Base on the wall was coming off and the entrance door had paint peeling off

The blanket looked like it had a bloody stain on it so moved it off the bed and the sheets also had it on them needless to say we didn’t stay there so that 50 dollar room was more like 200 after everything was said and done… absolutely don’t stay at this property gross

I am extremely disappointed in reading this note. Did you report this to the office to resolve the issue? We immediately address any problems and/or issue refunds if a problem like this is found since we have a team that stays onsite to provide maintenance, security, and customer service issues. After reviewing your reservation, no notes were left to let me know about this incident.

Once I arrived to my room, the inside of the fridge was yellow and dirty, sheets on both beds were stained, pillows were previously soiled and towels had stains. I wasn’t compensated for anything and the owner did not apologize for the state of the linen and towels.

I am upset to hear that things were found in this condition. I can see where you extended your stay for a few more days after your initial stay though, so I'm sure the manager corrected the situation which allowed you to stay with us longer than you originally had planned. Thank you for business.
