Both front desk clerks (arrival and departure) were friendly. The housekeeper on our floor was friendly. The breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. This was our second stay here within four months. The hotel is clean, comfortable, affordable, easy to find/convenient, and the staff are very friendly. They are A in my opinion. We will stay here again .

Very noisy and my husband had to connect the TV to the cable box because someone had unblugged it. Theplug by the bed didn’t work either.

The hotel itself was hot but the roomed cooled nicely. We have to bath our kids with hand towels because no wash clothes were left in our room. When I went down to ask, the receptionist could only find 1 wash cloth. The shampoo and body wash was out in the shower dispenser. The room got cold and the bed was comfortable.

No issues except original booked room wasn’t available due to room issues. Also be sure to request your room to be serviced if you’re staying more than a night. They won’t just automatically do it.

Bedding and sheets were stained. Trash bag outside our room door. Room key didn’t work. First room we were given wasn’t cleaned.

The property hit a low note when we went to check in after a long day and the room we reserved with 2 queens was under maintenance. We instead were put in a king complicating the sleeping arrangements for my kids. The staff said she learned about it in the morning however no contact was made to inform us of the change. Very old looking interior however the rooms were big.
