My son slept on the sofa bed and a roach was crawling on his face.. He slept in the chair the rest of the night.. My daughter took pictures of a roach in the shower with her.. I have pictures, we stayed in room 113 and this was just a week ago..
I called the front desk the young lady said she would have management reach out, I haven’t heard anything back from them…

The 1st assigned room was not cleaned. Had to wait over and hour for new room. And didn't check in until 2 hours after check in time. Was quoted 190.00. Property charged 217.. will talk to upper management

The staff was the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in a long time. Their willingness to greet with a smile and offer support was a breath of fresh air. The property is good, not one of the best Embassy Suites with stayed at, but they delivered the space, cleanliness, and dining that this brand offers. The first floor lounge was lively through the night but once we were on our room, it was a quiet.

It was under construction so lots of noise on some mornings. Inside hotel quiet but in rooms noise from outside building and no discounts.

The hotel is in a good area. Love the lobby. As far as the rooms? Very dirty!! There was hair all over the bathroom. the bathroom doesn’t appear to have been cleaned at all.
